Our hardy Belizean horses are remarkably tolerant of non-riders, and we're proud of our longtime safety record. For more experienced riders, there are great spots for gallops through orange groves and over pasture, even swimming the horses in the river. Tours by horseback include Flour Camp Cave and a jungle-road excursion up to nearby San Antonio and a slate carvers' workshop, then sunning and swimming in a glorious swimming hole trimmed around the edges by Cristo Rey Falls. |
