The centre offers some hours rides as a few days horseback expeditions in the Sierra of the Cuchumatanes, the highest mountain range in Central America (3000 meters). The treks which can lead us to the ixil area (province of Quiché) offer an extraordinary geografical and cultural variety.
Various one day trails lead us through the pines, the labyrinth of trails edge with low stone walls and cactus; others from wild plateau to hidden valleys; others will lead us to the mountain stream with turquoise basins and trails along the gorges. |
