Attached indoor arena is 120x60 with sand and crumb rubber footing and DUST CONTROL. Individual tack lockers for each horse in the HEATED observation room. REAL bathroom, hot and cold water washrack. Three rail wood private turnout available, or sex seperated group turnout on lovely pasture in three strands of ElectroBraid type fence. Heated water buckets in the stalls, heated water tanks in the pastures. Fun shows throughout the winter. Clinics throughout the year. Schooling shows in the summer. Trails to ride on on the back of the property, just minutes away from Sleepy Hollow, too! Expert care from experienced horse people. Barn manager was an Animal Science major at MSU.
