Cornerstone Farms lesson program is directed by Barbara Mitchell, CEF Certified Level III Coach. Formerly a high school teacher, Barbara has been a professional in the horse business for over 30 years. She has produced countless winners in both provincial and national competitions. She co-owned the renowned horse "Forever Diamond", who won the Individual Gold and the Team Silver at the Pan American Games in Cuba in 1991. She also co-owned "Zeus" the leading Canadian Team horse at the Barcelona Olympics in 1992. Ian Millar, Canada's foremost equestrian, selected Barbara to coach his daughter, Amy Millar through her junior years. Amy is now a Canadian Equestrian Team member. |
